Which payment options are available?

DragonBill has two payments types, Secured Payment and Express Payment. Both payment types enable payment with:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Direct deposit

It is the easiest, safest way for small business to offer so much payment convenience to their customers. Find out more at our Help Centre

What is a Secured Payment?

A Secured Payment is for when you want that extra assurance. We hold your payment while the job is being done. Once the customer confirms that the job is done, we transfer the payment. The best option when both parties want to be sure they get what they we promised.

What is an Express Payment?

An Express Payment is a direct payment from the customer to the business. Ideal when you want payment straight away. It's the easiest way for small businesses to accept credit card, debit card and PayPal.

Do customers need to join?

No. Customers don't have to join. The business has an account with us, customers receive emails from us when it is time to make a payment.

Customers will have the option of saving their payment details, so next time they receive an invoice they can just sign in. This is an optional feature to save them time.

What happens if I create a secured payment but the I don't want go on with the job?

You can cancel the job. DragonBill is all about relationships, and cancelling a job is no different.

We have a dispute. What now?

Despite the best intentions, sometimes this happens.

You are protected by DragonShield. Our team will take care of the dispute and help you and your client reach a solution..

Do I need a PayPal account?

Only if you want to accept Paypal.

Do I need a Bank account?

Yes, we need this to make payouts to and also to verify your identification.

Who does my client receive emails from?

Most emails sent by DragonBill to your client will be addressed from you.

The exceptions to this are:

Secured Payments

During the secured process, DragonBill is acting as independent security so these emails are sent from DragonBill: Secured Receipt, Release Payment Request.

Disputes

Emails sent during a dispute will be addresseed from DragonBill.

Which countries do you operate in?
